Strengthening Compliance & Industry Standards

CCCOCIN is managed by an Executive Committee (EXCO) of 9 elected members and 2 ex-officio members. To support its goals, CCCOCIN operates five sub-committees

Legal and Regulatory Committee

The Legal and Regulations Committee (LRC) is established to provide expert legal and regulatory guidance to CCCOCIN, ensuring its activities align with applicable laws and industry standards. The Sub-Committee aims to promote a culture of compliance, ethical practices, and sound governance among members while safeguarding the organization's interests.

The Learning, Research & Development Committee (LRD) is established to spearhead initiatives that empower CCCOCIN members with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to thrive in the dynamic capital market compliance environment. The Committee seeks to foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring members remain proactive, informed, and capable of addressing regulatory, operational, and ethical challenges.

The Communications & Publicity Committee (CPC) is responsible for enhancing the visibility, reputation, and influence of CCCOCIN. The committee ensures effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders, promoting the mission and achievements of CCCOCIN while fostering trust and engagement in the Nigerian capital market.

The Treasury and Finance Committee (TFC) is responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of CCCOCIN. This includes developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and implementing effective financial controls to safeguard the organization’s assets. The Committee plays a strategic role in resource mobilization, advising on sustainable funding mechanisms and ensuring fiscal transparency and accountability.

The Secretariat, Operations, and Administrative Committee (SOAC) is the operational hub of CCCOCIN and is dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of organizational functions. This committee is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics for meetings and events, implementing efficient administrative systems, and fostering operational excellence across all CCCOCIN activities.
