To become a member of CCCOCIN, you must fufill the following requirements

Professional Designation

Applicant must be a Chief Compliance Officer or hold a similar senior compliance role within a registered Capital Market Operator in Nigeria.

Affiliation with a Registered Firm

Must be actively employed by a SEC-registered capital market operator, such as a broker/dealer, fund/portfolio manager, issuing house, or similar entity.

Evidence of Sponsored Individual as a Compliance Officer

Applicants must be a sponsored individual who is registered with the SEC as a Compliance Officer.

Ethical Conduct

Applicants are required to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and maintain compliance with the relevant SEC Rules and Regulations and other applicable laws and guidelines.

Completed Membership Application Form

The official CCCOCIN application form must be fully completed with accurate and verifiable details.

Payment of Membership Fee

Applicants must pay the required annual membership dues upon approval.
